So it seems the Nazis invented the phrase "sharpened interrogation techniques" (Verschärfte Vernehmung) to refer to Guantanamo-style "enhanced interrogation techniques," which are obviously totally different than the "sharpened" variety that got some Nazis sentenced to death at Nuremberg. A question: do you still have to acknowledge Godwin's Law when talking about politicians who actually quote the Gestapo?
