So while they made my boy take his shoes off the other week, the goons at the airport could have done far worse, like they did to this kid in Seattle whose name matched one on the secret no-fly list. He was detained and searched before a flight to Los Angeles because he was a possible threat to national security. He is five. This is the sort of thing from which one normally expects to feel secure.
